How early-access product data is used

Automatic product-improvement metrics

When Tru Value is used, Value Fox records limited first-party events such as analysis starts and completions, public-company tickers and analysis dates entered, valuation methods calculated, section-review progress, errors, and report success. A random identifier may connect events during the current browser session. These measurements are used to understand reliability, completion, and which analytical methods users find useful.

Value Fox does not use these metrics for advertising, cross-site tracking, session replay, or individual profiling, and does not sell them. We limit collection to information needed to operate and improve the service.

Report requests

When you request a report, we collect the email address you provide, the evaluated company tickers, the associated run identifier, and report status. This information is used to provide the requested service, measure successful completion, and prepare future report delivery capabilities.

Report delivery consent does not enroll you in marketing. If you separately choose the optional product-updates checkbox, Value Fox may use the same email to share new applications and service updates.

Retention and safeguards

Analysis-run records support product reliability and future model development. Report-request contact details are maintained separately within the run record and are excluded from ML-ready exports. Raw SEC source files follow the shorter retention controls described in the application, and generated PDF files are not retained.

Choices

You can turn usage metrics off above at any time without losing access to the application. A report email and acknowledgment are required only when requesting a report. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting TruValueAdmin@gmail.com.

Analytical scope

Company tickers identify public companies and are not treated as personal financial account information. Do not enter confidential, material nonpublic, or third-party personal information into free-text review fields.
